PEOPLE Features the Idols as Babies!

As America reads PEOPLE Magazine's upcoming issue, we are bound to hear a collective, "Awwwww," across the nation. It's a retrospective look at the Top 11 of American Idol MANY years before their time on the number one show in America. Pick up this issue of PEOPLE to catch a glimpse of Haley Scarnato in her gymnastics gear and Jordin Sparks en route to the Statue of Liberty. Beat boxer Blake Lewis can be seen on Santa's knee while Chris Richardson looks as though he might be enjoying what Santa brought for the holidays! A darling four-year-old LaKisha Jones as well as a very innocent looking three-year-old Sanjaya Malakar are featured. Melinda Doolittle poses pretty for the camera, and Gina Glocksen can be seen pool-side wearing "floaties!" A two-year-old Chris Sligh can be seen frolicking in the tub (full clothed!). A young Phil Stacey, with a shockingly full head of hair, is shown in a school photo, and Stephanie Edwards is featured in a darling powder blue dress at the tender age of 4.
